How is it with you? Porridge is a meal that I could honestly enjoy any time of day. It’s like a comforting hug. For a while, I tried different porridge mixes from various manufacturers. Then I came to the conclusion that I like this here and another at another. That was the start to making a proprietary blend.
I can integrate everything that I like. Because sometimes, it reminds too much of children’s porridge. I also like some spices and crunch. A big plus is that the mixture lasts at least two weeks and you have a warming bowl or overnight oats prepared in no time. Experimentation is absolutely allowed. I even added dried carrots and beetroot, ginger pomace from juicing.
Oh gosh, it was very tasty. You see, there are no limits, just go wild and freestyle and have fun!

½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup dried (golden) raisins
½ cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup linseeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp chai spice mix
